This pillow fits perfects in the crease of the back of neck my taking all pressure off. As I drive I am able to rest my head just enough to get the amazing comfort that I need. My seat back doesn't provide the support that I need, and this pillow helps reduce strain from long hours of sitting. I have also used it in bed for support because I have extreme vertigo when I lay down and since I started using this pillow I have noticed a decrease.
